Jeep Safari:
The staff at the National Park is very proactive in balancing the excitement of the tourists with the safety of natural habitat of its wildlife. Jeep safaris are organized within the sanctuary to enable the tourists to view wildlife.

By Air:
The nearest airport from Sasangir is Keshod via Veraval. Daily flights connect it to Mumbai as well. Three other points connected to Sasan by air are: Diu (100kms), Porbander (160kms) and Rajkot (160 kms).
By Rail:
Ahmedabad is the nearest rail terminal from Sasangir
By Road:
An extensive network of roads connects Sasangir with Ahmedabad via Rajkot, Junagadh and Mendarda. In addition, a number of state transport buses ply from Junagadh and Veraval to Gir between November to June.
Most Lodges and Forest houses provide STD/ISD services for the convenience of its guests. Some of them provide postal services as well. The nearest major post office where telegraph and fax facilities as well as medical facilities are available is Veraval.
